Headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, Merit is a family-owned and operated by its three managing partners, John, Carol and Nick McCormac. It is their belief that homebuilding is a local business. Merit Homes hold several General Contractors licenses and has supervised many projects, large and small, including all phases of land development, residential and commercial property construction, as well as multi-family projects.
