The pool opens right around Memorial Day and closes after Labor Day The pool is open seven days a week from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Broadlands residents must have a key to access the pool. Keys are distributed by Vista Management Associates at 303/429-2611. Swim lessons are offered by Apollo Aquatics. For information and registration contact Apollo at 303/307-6912.

Pool Etiquette

1. Persons under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult over the age of 18.
2. Guests (up to 4 per household) must be accompanied by a member.
3. NO diving is allowed.
4. NO horseplay, running, or excessive noise.
5. NO frisbees or handballs (tennis, golf, etc.).
6. Beach balls and rafts may be used at your own risk and such that they do not interfere with others in the pool.
7. Children who are not potty trained must wear diapers covered with rubber pants.
8. Persons having infectious diseases, open sores, bandages, cuts, or recent vaccinations are not permitted in the pool or pool area.
9. Smoking, chewing tobacco, and glassware are not allowed within the fenced area.
10. Bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, or other play equipment are not allowed in the fenced area.
11. NO pets are allowed in the pool area.
12. Please keep audio equipment at a volume that does not disturb others.
13. Please dispose of trash in appropriate containers.

The Broadlands Indoor Activity Center offers a quiet retreat to exercise and enjoy the views to Plaster Reservoir. Use of this facility is by membership only.

Membership fees for residents living in the Boulders, Ventana, Reserve, Enclave, Indigo Creek, and parts of the Falls at Legend Trail are $15.00 per month, billed quarterly. Residents that live in other neighborhoods within the Broadlands can become members by choice at a rate of $25.00 per month, billed quarterly.

The Center offers:

• Sitting room area
• Security system with surveillance throughout the facility

Lap Pool Rules

1. The pool may be used between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm.
2. NO recreational swimming will be allowed at any time.
3. All children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult over the age of 18 at all times.
4. NO guests are allowed at the pool.
5. NO diving is allowed.
6. Persons having infectious diseases, open sores, bandages, cuts, or recent vaccinations are not permitted in the pool or pool area.
7. NO food or beverages are allowed in the pool area, including alcohol.
8. NO pets are allowed in the pool area.
9. NO audio equipment is allowed.
10. Please dispose of trash in appropriate containers.

1. Pregnant women, elderly persons, and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high or low blood pressure should not enter the spa/hot tub without prior medical consultation and permission from their doctor.
2. Do not use the spa/hot tub while under the influence of alcohol, tranquilizers, or other drugs that cause drowsiness and that raise or lower the blood pressure.
3. Do not use alone.
4. Unsupervised use by children is prohibited.
5. Persons using the spa/hot tub must shower before entering. No oils, body lotion, or minerals in the water.
6. Enter and exit slowly.
7. Observe reasonable time limits (10-15 minutes) then leave the water and cool down before returning for another brief stay.
8. Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness, and fainting.
9. Keep all breakable objects out of the area.
10. All persons using the spa/hot tub do so at their own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
